The exhibition cabin is a 55 m² A++ energy-efficiency class building, constructed using natural softwood beams and posts. Its structure is based on the traditional half-timbered (fachwerk) construction principle. The design solutions will integrate smart technologies, enabling remote control of various home systems. The building combines the strength of natural wood, high energy efficiency, and modern smart system technologies to ensure comfort and sustainability.

It is a modern synthesis of tradition and technology — a smart exhibition cabin built from natural wood and managed by advanced smart systems.

Technical specifications

Cabin area: 55 m² + 20 m² terrace
Foundations: Reinforced concrete bored/pile foundations + reinforced concrete grade beam using Finnfoam XPS permanent U-profile formwork
Rooms: Living room–kitchen. Bedroom. WC. Shower. Sauna
Roof: The roof covering is planned to be installed as a so-called “green roof.”
Windows: Painted wooden windows. Scandinavian-style. Manufacturer: “ALSEKA”.
Heating: Air-to-air heat pump. Infrared underfloor heating. Electric radiators. A bio-ethanol fireplace is planned.
Terrace decking:
Sauna: Electric heater.
